Bouncing babies love frolicking frogs. So here is a fun set of books and activities to keep your little ones entertained with a frog storytime.

Five Little Frogs

5 Little frogs sitting on a well, (Have five fingers on one hand out)

1 looked in and down he fell. (Hold one finger up, then point him down to the ground)

Frogs jumped high! (Hold both hands up over head)

Frogs jumped low! (Hold both hands down to the ground)

Frogs jumped everywhere, to and fro! (Move arms all around)

You can continue with 4, 3, 2, 1 frogs if you if want or just do one verse.



In The Pond (to tune of The Farmer in the Dell) by Jean Warren

The frog lives in the pond, His tongue is oh so long. It reaches high to catch a fly And then he signs this song. Ribbit, ribbit, ribbit Ribbit, ribbit, ribbit High, ho just watch him go His tongue is oh so long?
